At JoinCPR, we understand the importance of branding and making your online presence memorable. That's why we offer subdomains, which allow you to use your own company name within the URL of our platform.
A subdomain is a prefix that comes before the domain name in a website's URL. By using a subdomain, you can personalize your website's URL to include your company name or any other word you'd like to use. For example, if your company name is "Example," your JoinCPR subdomain could be "example.joincpr.com."
To create a subdomain on JoinCPR, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your JoinCPR account.
- Click on "Settings" on the left menu.
- Click on "Branding" nested under Settings.
- Enter the subdomain name you would like to use.
- Click "Update."
That's it! Your new subdomain is now active and can be used to access your JoinCPR account.
It's important to note that subdomains are subject to availability and cannot be identical to an existing subdomain. Additionally, once you've created your subdomain, it cannot be changed for 7-days.
Using a subdomain can be a great way to enhance your branding and make your online presence more memorable for you and your customers. If you have any questions or concerns about creating a subdomain on JoinCPR, our customer support team is here to help.
